Paper Formatting Instructions

A submitted paper must be clearly presented in English, must not exceed 6 pages in IEEE style, including tables and figures, and must be formatted in PDF or DOC format.

Papers should follow the IEEE double-column format for CUTE. The first page of the paper, centered on the top below the top margin, should include the paper title, the author's name and their affiliations, and an abstract.
