1. Registration types Registrations rules here are applied for ISPA2009 main conference and all workshops. provide author registration rate and attendee registration rate. At
least one author of each accepted paper (including main conf. paper and
workshop paper) must register using the author
registration rate to ensure that the paper is included in the IEEE
CS proceedings and meet the deadline of May 18,
2009. If the registration fee is
not received by this date, the paper will not be included in the IEEE CS
proceedings. However, the attendee registration rate does not need to
satisfy this requirement. Invitation Letter and Visa Information The conference will email an official invitation letter to each registered author upon a request. If you need the invitation letter, please email us your request as well as your affiliation, postal address and fax number. As soon as you receive the invitation letter, please apply for visa at the Chinese Embassy/Consulate/Visa Office in your country. The invitation letter will be sent only after the registration is done. About IEEE membership and IEEE Student membership For Advanced and Basic registration, to qualify for the IEEE member reduced registration fee, the IEEE membership number must be included in the registration form. Similarly, in order to qualify for the student reduced registration fee, proof of current student status (e.g., IEEE student membership certification) must be e-mailed (as an attached scanned image or pdf file) to ispa09@googlegroups.com (cc to shelicy@gmail.com, hustliaoxf@gmail.com). Please note that both current IEEE membership and student status will be verified. 6. About Paper ID For papers in main conf., the paper ID is "ISPA-number". For example, if the number in the acceptance letter is 203, then your paper ID is: ISPA-203. For papers in workshops, the paper ID is workshop name plus one number. Any incorrect use will lead to the registration failure. You can find your paper ID from the webpage (http://grid.hust.edu.cn/ISPA2009/acceptedlist.htm). Please note that it will be updated everyday. 7. About the hardcopy of proceedings The hard copy registration receipts can only be picked up at the conference. For no-show papers, we do not provide the mail services of proceedings and receipts. Just for authors from mainland of china: 会后我们不提供收据/发票、会议论文集的邮寄服务。我们收到注册费后，会先将发票开好。因此，当你交纳注册费后，请务必给谢夏(shelicy@gmail.com;027-87557047-8035)老师写封邮件，邮件上除了写明论文编号、作者等信息以外，另外请写清楚有关开具发票的信息：是开单位还是开个人还是两者都要，如单位为“华中科技大学”，个人为“李明”，如果单位个人都开则是“华中科技大学李明”；也请指明发票上的项目是写“会议注册费”还是“会议论文版面费”（如果不指明，我们会开具“会议注册费”）。
