The Chinese Trusted
Computing Union （CTCU） is a non-profit organization
of voluntary participants from
enterprises, institutions, scientific research units, and individuals with
involvement and interest in trusted computing technologies research and products
development . The CTCU's business operation is currently conducted by the Information
Security Research and Services Department of the State Information
Center of China. The CTCU will function as a bridge and platform
to link the development, education,
research, and applications of
trusted computing technologies. With the goal of serving the CTCU members and
promoting the development of the technologies, the CTCU will make its
contributions to the promotion of trusted computing technologies in
Chinese by facilitating communications , exchanges of ideas, mutual progresses and
developments. The Union's Charter
is: " With enterprises
playing the stem role to unite
the products development,
education, research and applications, to promote the formation and development of a trusted computing industry chain
in China, and to improve the
