Copyright form and receipt
of bank transfer should be faxed together
to: +86-27-8755-7354. Every page should be identified explicitly
with the Paper ID.
Every accepted paper must have at least one registration (regular registration or student registration) before July 5, 2004. Attendees who register as students do not receive the conference proceeding. Please register before deadline to guarantee your paper to be included in the conference proceedings. Thanks for your cooperation.

Author Instructions
Please upload your final camera-ready version to before July 5, 2004 (If you have problems about paper fromat or can not upload papers, please write to Publication Chair Jianhua Sun). The camera-ready version should compress all the source files (including figures, style files, templates), the DVI file (for papers prepared using LaTex or Tex) and the final PS/PDF file with zip. The filename of the zip file should be your paperID. Strictly follow the paper length (Regular paper is within 8 pages and short paper within 4 pages) and authors instruction of LNCS which can be found at here. Any format problem may cause your paper excluded in the conference proceedings.
