Venue and Local Organization:

The conference will be held in International Academic Exchange Center of HUST from October 21st through 24th, 2004. International Academic Exchange Center of HUST is located on the main campus of Huazhong University of Science & Technology, which is well-known as the University in the Forest and lies at the foot of Mount Yujia and on the coast of the East Lake. GCC 2004 has put together a scientific program. In addition to technical sessions of contributed paper presentations, the conference has 5 workshops, a poster session, and exhibitions.
