Registration Information

Registration form and receipt of bank transfer should be scanned and emailed together to gpc-08@googlegroups.com.

For main conference, every accepted paper must have at least one regular registration before Mar 1, 2008. For workshop, every accepted paper must have at least one regular registration before Mar 7. Please register before deadline to guarantee your paper to be included in the conference proceedings. Thanks for your cooperation.

Workshops (May 25) and keynotes (Morning on May 26) are to be held in Yunnan University. Main conference sessions (May 27-28) are to be held in Mile, which is a scenic place and 150 km from Kunming City. We will provide vehicle from Kunming City to Mile at May 26 afternoon and from Mile to Kunming City at May 28 afternoon.

Registration Fee and Items Included

The conference regular registration fee includes the conference proceedings, access to all sessions, meals during the conference and transportation fees between Kunming and Mile.  Others accompany registration do not include conference proceedings, and one extra copy of the proceedings will cost US $80.

Invitation Letter and Visa Information

The conference will email an official invitation letter to each registered author upon a request. If you need the invitation letter, please email us your request as well as your affiliation, postal address and fax number. As soon as you receive the invitation letter, please apply for visa at the Chinese Embassy/Consulate/Visa Office  in your country.
