Every accepted paper must have one regular registration before June 15, 2004. Please register before deadline to guarantee your paper to be included in the conference proceedings. Thanks for your cooperation.

Author Instructions

All accepted papers including the regular papers and short papers should be in the format described here. Any format problem may cause your paper excluded in the conference proceedings. Please submit your final camera-ready version as an email attachment to haochen@hust.edu.cn and cc to hjin@hust.edu.cn before June 15. The camera-ready version should compress all the source files (including figures, style files, templates), the DVI file (for papers prepared using latex or tex) and the final PS/PDF file with zip. The subject of the email should be your paper’s ID. 

Student Travel Grant

The conference offers a limited number of travel grants to assist student authors presenting papers at the conference. To receive a grant the recipient must 

• Be the first author of an accepted paper and actually attend the conference and present the paper.

• Be a student or have been at the time of paper submission deadline.

A student can receive only one grant. A travel grant is up to Euro 100 or RMB 1000. To apply for it, please send an email with scanned copy of the applicant's student photo ID to xli@hust.edu.cn and cc to hjin@hust.edu.cn after registration. 

Visa Information

The conference will mail an official invitation letter to each registered author for visa application. As soon as you receive the invitation letter, please apply for visa at the Chinese Embassy/Consulate/Visa Office  in your country.
