报告摘要：
Laboratory of Mobile Multimedia Networking concentrates on the research of (1) Multimedia Networking, (2) Mobility Management, (3) Vehicular Networks, (4) Telematics, and (5) Innovative Network Applications and Services. This talk will introduce recent R&D topics that Laboratory of Mobile Multimedia Networking is dealing with and is going to work on. Main topics that will be briefly introduced are (1) cooperative video streaming over the hybrid vehicular networks consisting of 3G/3.5G and DSRC networks, (2) member centric VANET routing protocols for the hybrid vehicular networks, (3) a location-based innovative network application and service platform for Ubiquitous Heritage, (4) system technologies for Telematics, including collision warning, messaging relay, etc. http://www.gztsq.com

黃崇明 简介：
Chung-Ming Huang received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University on 1984/6, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer and information science from The Ohio State University on 1988/12 and 1991/6. He is a Distinguished Professor of Dept. of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, R.O.C. He was the department Chair from 2006/8 to 2009/7. He is The Director of the Promotion Center for the Telematics Consortium (PCTC), Ministry of Education (MOE), Taiwan, R.O.C. He has published more than 200 referred journal and conference papers in wireless and mobile communication protocols, interactive multimedia systems, audio and video streaming and formal modeling of communication protocols. His research interests include wireless and mobile network protocol design and analysis, media processing and streaming, web technologies, and network applications and services.
